WPB Social Config

Today we have launched a new plugin to help you send your posts to your Facebook and Twitter accounts. Associate your account once and then you can use them anytime you create/edit content on your site. Please contact customer service at support@intertechmedia.com if you need any assistance. Steps to Setup Facebook Account:

  • Go to WPB Social Config from the main menu.
  • Click on Add Facebook Account.
  • Facebook will ask for your login information if you are not logged in already.
  • Facebook will then ask you to allow access to your profile and any pages you manage. Please accept all. Once you are redirected back to WPB you will see your Facebook profile and the list of all pages you manage.
  • If you are the only person who should have access to this profile and pages then your setup process is now completed.
  • If you would like other users of your site to be able to post to your social accounts, just enable the checkbox to make that account Public.

Steps to Setup Twitter Account:

  • Go to WPB Social Config from the main menu.
  • Click on Add Twitter Account.
  • Twitter will ask for your login information if you are not logged in already.
  • Twitter will then ask you to authorize WPB app to access to your profile. Once you are redirected back to WPB you will see your Twitter account added to the list.
  • If you are the only person who should have access to this account then your setup process is now completed.
  • If you would like other users of your site to be able to post to your social accounts, just enable the checkbox to make that account Public.

 How to send Posts to Facebook and Twitter?

  • On Add/Edit Post page you will see new options to “Send to Facebook” and “Send to Twitter” on the right site under Publish options.
  • Just choose from the list of available social accounts and Publish the post.
  • Facebook will display your Featured Image with your post if you uploaded one. Otherwise it will display your profile image with the post.
